Making Cheesecakes has been on my to-do-list for quite sometime, but i can’t make up my mind at which recipe to choose. Initially i wanted to try Blueberry Cheesecake by myself. Then SereneTanKahMin asked me to do Oreo-Cheesecake with her. Since we were heading to Bedok to do the No-Bake cake, i called up Makcik-iQa who SOS-ed me in the morning to help her with her work, Lyn tagged along too.

I have one question to Kraft-company, why is the Philadelphia cheese is so expensive??

Crushing, whisking, chilling, mixing, folding, washing, vacuuming, mopping and ~

First time in my life, i succeeded in ‘baking’ something other than those i did in Home Economics' class during the Secondary School times. I know it might look kind of EEKY here, but i tell you, don’t judge the book by it’s cover. It was Delicious. Now it’s still sleeping in my fridge. I’m going to eat it when i get back again. And i think i will try blueberry cheesecake soon too.
