We went to buy some baking needs at NTUC and straight back to her house to get things going.
Beating 8 egg whites WITH A WHISKER AND YOUR BARE HANDS CAN KILL!!! If i strike some lottery, im so going to get a proper cake-mixer and a baking oven.
Butter-Cake has the taste and edible, but it was way too hard(Cause: over-baked).
So, FAILED.
Slightly Cocoa-powdered Muffins are quite ok. Next time should put more cocoa powder and things will turn out nice :)
But i enjoyed myself today with her.
I'm a little hungry now though, and i want some soupy meal like Fishball soup, Mee Hoon Kuay, Fish Porridge or with thick Bee hoon. And it seems like i like to eat fish nowadays, my memory didn't seemed to get better though.
Alright, i have some errands to run, though i'm not the one who is supposed to do it *Groans*
